From our first conversation to the final walkthrough, we prioritize clear communication, thoughtful planning, and a seamless experience. We break each phase down so you always know what to expect—making the journey just as rewarding as the finished space.

The Beginning
We will begin with a virtual meeting to discuss your ideas. During this call we will set up a time for an initial site visit so we can assess your potential project in real life.
After the initial site visit, we will send you a project overview along with a price range so you have an idea of what the project would include and how much it may cost.
If all the information lines up with your expectations and you’re ready to move forward, we will collect a design deposit and schedule in the site measure!

The Design
Our next step will be to meet on site with our architectural designer to gather all the measurements needed to put the drawings together. Depending on the scope of the project, we may also bring along our structural engineer for further site assessment.
Once the drawings have your stamp of approval, we move through the quoting process, which will include a 1hr site visit with some of our key trade partners, to confirm a final fixed-price budget.
After the budget is complete, we will assemble all the finer project details and put it all into writing (the legal stuff). We will get your signatures, collect the initial project deposit, and start scheduling appointments to select your finishes!
03.
The Finishes
Now that your exciting project is official, we will schedule appointments to meet with our interior designer at our favourite showrooms to choose all your beautiful finishes.
While these appointments are taking place, we will also be obtaining all the required permits and creating the construction schedule.
Once all the finishes are selected and the permits are approved, we get to start building!

The Build
With all the details now finalized, we get to start construction.
We will keep you informed throughout the process, and will schedule walkthroughs with you at a few key stages to ensure all the details are falling into place.
Once the project is complete, we will schedule the final walkthrough, get all the required sign-offs, and review the warranty that comes with your project – either our 2-year renovation warranty or the 1-2-5-10-year new home warranty.
And now, you’re ready to move back in and start adding more new memories in your newly refined, yet still familiar, home.
