Renovations

Update your existing space to create the kitchen in which you’ve been dreaming of baking or the primary suite retreat to which you’ve been wishing you could escape.  Reconfigure your entire main or upper floor to improve the flow, or develop the basement as additional space for your almost-grown kids who may be looking for a more separate spot to call their own.

Custom Infills

Remove the existing home entirely and build new – either on a new foundation or on the existing foundation.  If your existing home is just not working but you can’t bear to leave your lot, we would love to explore the possibilities for a new custom home that perfectly suits your needs.  Add a detached garage with a carriage suite to keep your family members close by.
